         THINGS TO DO THIS WEEK- (Feb. 24^th)

1)    Apply for or renew PASSPORT.

2)    Write support letter. Email copy to Mark and Cathy. Gather a list of support and prayer partners. MAIL LETTERS.

3)    Prepare country report.

4)    Pray individually and with Team Prayer Partner.

First Team Meeting

Today we had our 1st team meeting. We went over prayer partners,
passports, support letters. We watched Byelorussian Mission Video.
We talked about upcoming dates and things we need to do to prepare.
We prayed together.

First Meeting

This Sunday, February 24, 2013, our short term
mission team will meet for the 1st time. We will be
meeting in room 2451 from 1:30pm - 3:30pm.
This will give you time to eat lunch and
be back. We have certain things that need to get
done so all please try to be on time. Maybe we
will get done early!  :)

Mark and I are looking forward to getting to
know each of you more. First and foremost please
be in prayer as we begin this journey.

"Not that we are adequate in ourselves to consider
anything as coming from ourselves, but our adequacy
is from God." 2 Corinthians 2:5

Waiting

We had a great turn out at the information meeting yesterday. We
showed the "Come to Belarus" DVD. Then Mark and I did our
best to explain the ministry aspects of the trip and answer questions.
Now is a time for waiting patiently for the Lord to led each person
in their decision.Those who are led to go need to turn in a short term
missions application to the Missions office and begin working on
getting their passport.

Our 1st OFFICIAL team meeting will be Sunday Feb 24, 2013
at 1:30 in room 2451.
